Zero tolerance for discrimination, bullying, or harassment; respectful debate; dignity, fairness, courtesy.

Welfare of Birds of Prey
Welfare comes first; highest husbandry standards; full compliance with UK law including:
- IBR registration
- Avian influenza regulations
- Up-to-date permits/licences/records

Conservation & Responsibility
Supports wild raptor conservation; no egg theft, persecution, or unlicensed trapping.

Events & Gatherings
Birds healthy, equipped, safely tethered/transported; risk assessments; no alcohol/substances when handling birds; members are ambassadors.

Representation of the Guild
Uphold reputation; respectful online/social-media conduct; reflect ethos in media/public.

Conflicts & Complaints
Resolve respectfully; formal complaints process; Committee may suspend/terminate membership for breaches.

Commitment to Learning & Heritage
Share knowledge, mentor, celebrate tradition; support UK's UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage application.
